FIGHTING SOCIAL EXCLUSION
Social exclusion is a structural process of not being able to participate in society due to a lack of material and intangible resources, such as a living income, a quality home, a social network, a quality basic provision, etc. While benefiting from these resources are fundamental rights for every citizen, they often remain inaccessible for people in vulnerable living situations, because of structural barriers such as conditionality, stigma, shame and other cultural manners and patterns.
